VISITORS TO MY WEBSITE
I receive, collect and store any information you enter on my website or provide me with in any other way. When you, or anyone else, visits my website www.claytimedesigns.co.uk I use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. This is for my own marketing purposes to find out which pages are most popular on the website, and to research customer patterns within the website. I do not access any of your personal data using Google and I do not allow Google or anyone else to make an attempt to find out the identities of those visiting the site.
When you make a purchase I collect personal information such as your name, email address, purchase history, telephone number, shipping address and billing address. My website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides me with the online platform that allows me to sell my products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by Claytime Designs adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
I would like to send you up to date news, offers and information as part of my monthly e-newsletter. To do this, I will need your email address. I may also email you to check I have your information correct, or to check you are happy still receiving content from me. You have the option to unsubscribe at any time to my e-newsletter, either by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of my emails, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you have chosen to unsubscribe from my emails, I will delete all data I have on you and it will be removed from my system permanently.

You are entitled to access the personal information I hold on you. Email your subject access request to and I will respond to your request within 1 month.
HOLDING YOUR DATA
